Returns & Refund Policy

We have different return policies for physical and digital products to ensure transparency and fairness to all our customers.

30-Day Return Policy for Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products (including downloadable content such as eBooks, journals, workbooks, etc.) are final and non-refundable. The only exception is the 12D Chakra Meditations, which may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day return policy if specific issues arise.

We understand that digital products are different from physical items, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy regarding these types of purchases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific digital item, please contact us.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for 1-1 Therapy Sessions

Therapy sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged the full session fee.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the session will be considered non-refundable.

Refunds for Therapy Packages

If you have purchased a package of sessions, refunds are only available for any unused sessions within the first 30 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, aromatherapy oils, or smudge bundles (e.g., sage or palo santo) due to their potentially flammable nature. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
